Referrals in Carmarthen

At Capel Dental Care, we value strong, trusted partnerships with local referring dentists. Our referral service is designed to complement your existing care, enabling you to offer your patients access to an extended range of specialist treatments while maintaining continuity of care.

Our highly skilled clinicians have been managing referred cases for many years and are experienced in working collaboratively with other dentists in our network. You can be assured that we will only treat your patients for the issue that has been referred to us.

Capel Dental Care currently accepts referrals for CT scanning, endodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery and OPG Xrays.

Make a referral

To refer a patient to Capel Dental Care, simply complete and submit the below referral form. Please include all relevant clinical information regarding this case, and remember to attached any x-rays if relevant. After reviewing, we will contact the patient to introduce ourselves and book them in. We will also keep you fully updated on progress throughout.

How the referral process works

When the referral is acknowledged and patient details are confirmed, an appointment will be set with the patient. GP is then advised of the appointment and the patient consultation takes place. A treatment plan is sent to patient and GDP. The patient is then treated, and a treatment report is sent to GDP, The patient is then referred back to GDP.
